1985 Toyota Pickup when in all gears but 1 engine revs does

When I am driving and press down on the gas the engine revs but the truck does not go any faster I recently put bigger tires on it about six months ago I was told it could be fuel related but I think it is the clutch any advice or suggestions?

Sounds like the clutch is slipping-
