I got the
1. Timing belt
2. Water Pump
3. Accessory belts

changed in my car yesterday for $480 (including parts + labour)

Was that a good deal. Now I am being told that my front axel + break pads would also have to be changed

Front AXEL Parts + Labour = $250
Break Pads Parts + Labour = $140
==========================

Is this a good deal?

Sounds about right using oem parts, which I highly recommend. There are a few parts missing though that should be changed as well. While off the oil pump should resealed ( about another $30 in parts) and the timing belt tensioner adj spring should be changed.

The labor time should be between 3.5 & 4.0 hours.
