1992 Other Toyota Models spark plug

A spark plug has snapped and the thread is still in the cylinder how would I get it out?

Hi there, I will need to know which engine is installed and how much spark plug is protruding, nut normally if the plug has bound up so tight it would be easier to pull the head and repair it properly.
