Labour times for an MR2 repair

My MR2 died on me last week and I had it fixed - no problem at all. However its due for MOT next month and the garage told me I need new breaks, exhaust and a new radiator. I have no problems with the parts as I know a guy who can sort me out with parts on cost, my question really is how many hours labour will this take as I'm a woman and I don't want to get ripped off. I don't mind paying the £30 an hour labour costs as long as they don't try and take advantage of the fact that I have no idea how long these things should take. I'm just after a rough estimate here, but any advice would be appreciated greatly.

My MR2 is a J reg Coupe (if that helps any) I believe its a Japanese in-port.
