High idle problem

My car is a 1989 toyota MR2. 2000cc 1G-GZE engine. The vehicle started problems with high idle after a long trip where I lost temp sensor and a cracked vaccum hose. I bought new sensor & hose, cleaned all vaccum pipes & cleaned throttle body. Now it idles upto 2000rpm, gears shift late & generaly doesnt pick speed quickly nor drive smoothly. When I step on the gas pedal, the supercharger doesnt come on, instead check eng light comes on &power decreases
