1991 Toyota MR2 starting problem

When I try put key to 2nd position lights on dash cum on try to start get nothing from starter motor doesnt turn or click fuel pump comes on and theres a click from the fuse box think this is the ignition switch. This happend over night and the car never had any problems starting before. The car starts with a push start (bump start) tryed a jump start but nothig plz help!

Hi there,

Check that there is power at the starter solenoid (small push on wire) with the key on start, if there is the starter is faulty, check this first.
