2005 Toyota Matrix 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I saw the check engine light came on the mechanic check and gave me this code P0741 Torque converter clutch abnormal. Is that a big job cost a lot to repair?

P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off

This may just be a faulty solenoid, this can be done with the transmission still in the car, I would get this done by a trans specialist.
