I washed the engine on my just purchased 1989 Toyota Cressida and now it has absolutely NO power, it runs, but it can't go far because there is not enough power to go fast enough. HELP what is the problem, how can I fix it?

Hi there,

Just washed the motor, take of the distributor cap and check for condensation, also clean the hi tension lead ends where they go into the cap, these will corrode and cause a problem. Check that the spark plug terminals are also dry & clean.
