Is it very involved? Do I need a Cherry picker? Do I have to undo any bolts first?

Very easy job, go under it, unloosen the bolts, drop the pan clean the engine's mating surface and install new pan and gasket then rebolt

Thank You 4 your help, A mechanic told me it was a 12 hour job. Lol but he would only charge me $50 an hour, then he had the nerve to tell me to look it up on google, if I didn't believe him. Your a MERRY CHRISTMAS making man Blacktop. Thanks again for the info. YOU ROCK. :D
