2005 Toyota Corolla Idle

My goes up and down when stopped at light. Not much but enough to say it idles rough.

Have Idle Air control valve checked, it controls idle speed. It bypasses air to intake to regulate idle speed. They can sometimes stick.

Also inspect engine for possible vacuum leak.
