2002 Toyota Corolla Rough idle

Idle is very rough at start up-after about 30 seconds it smooths out and runs great, I have a code PO302 which I know it is misfire cyl. 2. My question is could a misfire be caused by a faulty/sticky injector, and could this cause a rough idle and then the engine smooths out and runs fine?

Yes, that's an unlikely possibility. I would concentrate on the ignition components first.

Was that reply answer a typo since you said it is unlikely, but initially you said yes to the injector issue.

No, it wasn't a typo. I said yes, it is a possibility but would not be the first thing I suspected. You have to rule out ignition before suspecting fuel.
