Is the cooling fan running at full speed whenever the A/C is on?

Yes and yes gauge reads at 50 psi with ambiant temp at 95 degrees

Ambient? You mean with engine off? That would be way too low and probably out of refrigerant. If that is a running pressure, what was the high read at that time?

Idk but have always checked it while running and never over 50 psi

Yes, it was the term "ambient" that threw mean off. That means static or room temp. What is the high side at this time?
