Hi there,

If you have been using mineral oil, changing to synthetic may cause a bit of oil usage.

Thanks for your prompt response, however am not very clear about your response, the details of my car are

Make: Toyota Corolla
Year: 2004
Mileage: 118,500miles

I just bought it second hand, I used an anti-sludge mineral oil for the last service I did, but I want to know if it's better I change to a semi-synthetic oil or I should just continue with the mineral oil am usin?
