Remove engine under cover RH
Drain coolant
Remove fan and alternator drive belt
Remove alternator assembly by disconnecting the wire clamp from the wire clip on the rectifier end fram. Then remove the rubber cap and nut, disconnect the alternator wire. Next disconnect the alternator connector and remove the 2 bolts and the alternator.
Remove the water pump assembly. (when installing replace O-ring on timing chain cover with new one and torque water pump bolts to specs below.)
Install alternator assembly (torque 12 mm bolts to 25Nm and 14mm bolts to 54 Nm)
Add coolant
Check for engine coolant leaks.

WATER PUMP BOLTS TORQUE SPECS

BOLTS A = 9 Nm
BOLTS B = 11 Nm
