2002 Toyota Corolla Signal lights stays on after turning ca

Dear Sir/Madam.

Recently I have found problem that after I turn my car off, both front and rear signal lights stay on (Not blikning but solid) also speedometer lights stay on.

I am thinking it may be short-circuit, but I dont know where.

Can u please guide me, how do I find the problem and how can I fix it.

Check relays in fuse box in engine compartment, quickly touch them, if warm or hot, then relay.

Other probable cause is turn signal switch.

Possible short, but a short will usually blow a fuse.
