2002 Toyota Corolla Fuel Filler

When I try to fill my car at the gas station the filler nozzle keeps clicking off. I have tried different gas ststions but no change. It can take me 20 minutes to refuel the vehicle.

A problem with the EVAP system. The vent tube is clogged, possible sticking solenoid.

I would have Toyota or trusted garage repair, these systems are hard to get to without raising car up in air on a lift.
