2002 Toyota Corolla catalytic converter

I have had two catalytic converters replaced and put on my car because of receiving the code PO 420. Finally I had both oxygen sensors replaced as well. The check engine light still comes on. I don't know what to do at this point but maybe buy another catalytic converter. If I buy a converter at a cheaper price will a toyota dealer install it for me?
