The rear of the car was making thumping noises as I slowed down, we had the struts replaced and all four tires. We had the brakes replaced in April 09, now there is a thumping noise in the front of the car as I apply the brakes. It starts after the car has been running awhile, when the brakes are applied the thumping continues until the car is stopped.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Try this:

Raise car, put on stands. Grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, if any movement then possible wheel bearing, ball joint, tie rod, control arm bushing.

Check CV boots for any signs of leakage or cuts/rips in rubber boot.
