Hello, I have 14 inch stock wheels, I am planning to get alloy wheel. I am deciding between 15 and 16 inch. Which one will not affect my suspension. I want a smooth nice ride after wheel change.
For spare tire I am about to install a full size wheel. But this time a black standard rim instead of alloy wheel. Can I get 205 tires.

If you go up one size in size you will have to go down in aspect ratio.

You took precise decision of buying alloy wheels as they are more likely to resist against corrosion and rust. There are several dealers online for example http://wheels.net/wheels/toyota-rim.html and others to whom you can prefer. Now talking about shape and side then try to opt an identical peace as your original one, hence it will be more fruitful from the aspect of suspension.
