2000 Toyota Corolla Automatic 115K miles

Hi, My car consumes oil too quick. I have to add oil so facst like after 200 miles. Prvously from diagnosis they change oil valve but still problem exists. Some of people are guessing motor to be damaged. But engine is too smooth. What ould be the reason? And if I have to replace motor what would be the reasonable pice with labor charge?
Could you please help me out?

What you need is an engine compression check to determine if its valves/rings/cylinder wear problem.
