as I was leaving a parking lot a shopping cart hit the front of my car damageing my hood. I dont want to spend alot of money but get it close back to the originall state. How can I fix it without breaking my bank?

Depends on damage, but I would look for a good used hood at a junk yard before repairing it.

You may have to re-weld seams and if you do not have a MIG welder.
