1999 Toyota Corolla Engine Check light remain on

Hi the engine check light remains on. I went to a shop to get the problem diagnosed. They gave me 2 codes. P0441 and P0446. I want to know if I can fix these problems myself or have to take the car to a dear or mechanic shop. If I can fix it myself, how?

P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction

I would take it to a mechanic with the proper scan equipment, otherwise you wind up throwing parts at it with a 50-50 chance for success.
Make sure the gas cap is on tight.
