I have a CA toyota although I have been living in AZ for 10 years and plan to sell the car in AZ (if I do). I need to have the cat convertor replaced. Can I use a AZ convertor for a CA car? If so, should I buy a bolt on one piece system or should I take it to the shop. Toyota told me that I should also exchange all 3 sensors along with the cat. Is that necessary when one's short on funds?

For that mileage I strongly recommend you replace the oxygen sensors and get a shop to slap a catalytic converter on-it doesn't matter where it came from its job is to scrub that nasty gases before it leaves the tail pipe
