Not having a problem presently, but for future use.
I know even if I have to replace the car's battery in the future I will need the code, which I do not have because I bought the car used. How can I go about getting a code? Would I need to contact a Toyota Dealer or is there a way or is there a way to over ride the system.

Dealer can provide assistance, you will have to show proof of ownership.

When changing battery, you can buy a device with a 9V battery that plugs into 12 outlet that will keep memory intact.

I had locked my car went to my house. After sometime when I came back and tried to un-lock using my key-less it started beeping loudly as if someone had broken in.

I tried the keyless again. Opened and closed the doors to make sure that was not the issue. Also started the car in hopes that it would work.

However my key-less and my anti-theft bno longer is functioning

It may be as simple as a weak/bad battery in key fob.

Some autoparts stores have testers for the battery, Advance Auto Parts for one.
