1996 Toyota Corolla hawling noise

Hi,
Recently noticed the power steering prssurized tube has a leak, it is replaced and no problem with steering but it makes hawling noise when driving or stopping behind traffic light. Checked the level of oil it seems to be OK. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

May be air in system, remove cap, start car and turn wheel stop to stop.

Put rag over resivour to prevent oil splashing.

I have done the following but still the noise is there, also I am experiencing vibration when I turn while driving. Might be wheel bearing goes bad, if so how it would be repaired, any illustration will be great.
