CD player, Radio, Cigerette Lighter, Button for Side Mirrors are not working.

I'm thinking it has something to do with a fuse.
The only fuse box I know is the one that is under he bonnet. I opened the lid to both boxes. The one that says "CD" on it has a pinkish box under it witha clear lid. I cant open that clear lid. Also it says "13A" fuse and I cant see it inside that box. Please help. Am I doing something wrong. What am I suppose to do & what do I have to look out for. Thanks.

The one with a clear lid is a fuseable link, remove and test for resistance.

But you can buy fuse testers at most autoparts stores for $10 or so.

i managed to figure out the problem.
I finally managed to find the little teeny tiny panel by the accelerator pedal that had a bunch of fuses in it. I replaced the one marked CIG and voila! Thanks anyhow!
