When im driving my 1993 toyota corolla. Its like when I come to a complete stop or if I slow down, my car dies. Do you think its the battery thats bad or is it the electrical wiring.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up?

Check the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor and airflow meter to include the PCV and EGR valves.
