No it seems to chuck when it gets warm doesnt do it when I start it first!

By "chuck" I assume you mean hesitate, stumble?

Many possible causes, start by checking fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, next check spark when car is warm. Remove plug and attach wire, ground to cam cover bolt, move key to start, spark should be blue and you should hear a snap.

Possible ignitor problem.
