I was working on the starter for my car on ramps and attempted to move it off of the ramps when I noticed the parking brake will not release. I have checked the adjust for the brake handle snd it is set OK. I have the left rear tire off now and the hub will not spin at all. How do I release the parking brake when the handle does nothing? Thanks in advance!

Go underneath and loosen the equalizer-that don't work go behind the backing plate on the rear wheels thru the inspection hole and contract the starwheel
