installed new axles a month ago and appears driver side has come out how do u install and make sure its lock in

There is a small "C" clip that retains the tripod to the trans.
It may have come off or is deformed. Remove axle and check "C" clip.

Once you snap the axle in it should not move out, if it does, it is not in correctly.
