This excessive crankcase pressure is due to worn piston rings, excessive combustion pressure is by passing the rings and over pressurising the sump, atomised oil in the air is entering the air filter via the breather, and condensing back into what you see. Short answer is re build.

I have just done a compression test left to right/
number 1 =175psi/1200kpa.2 =80psi/
3 =170psi.4 =165psi roughly
put oil in 2 no differance/2crankings/ checked rest then put more oiil in 2 =110psi reset then got 100psi,
the car has been off the road 8+ months I drove it for say 80klm the crankseal was hardened and was easy to get out/ my $300 +seal&sump gasket bargin is not that special now the air filter is that old its hardend and cracked upon good inspection

Yes. Sorry to hear that, there is not a lot you can do, a re ring is an option, but thats only a temporary fix, the engine is just worn out.
