Electrical problem
1985 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

while I am driving at night, sometime the headlight go brighter and back to normal or heater fan go faster and back to normal. I recently changed the battery because water inside one hole was dried even it only over a year old battery. Now with the new battery I still have the same problem. Could you tell me what wrong with it. Really appreciated.

HI there,

This will be faulty voltage regulator with in the alternator, the system charge rate is to high causing these problems and this will also cause the battery to boil causing further problems, have the alternator o?Hauled.
