Toyota Celica 1984 gt-s

I recently purchased a cheap '84 celica gt-s, v4 2.4l and the coolant is mixing with the oil. we replaced the head gasket twice and we still have the same problem. we're sending the cylinder head to get milled and pressure tested, any other suggestions?

Hi there,

Check your head, crack test, pressure test, check for warp, straighten and machine (Do not just machine flat) make sure no old head gasket on block, check with straight edge block surface, if realy cooked blocks can warp and crack. Are head bolts torque to yeild? if so they must be replaced & torque as required. Is ther an oil cooler in the radiator? if so have tested.
