How do you replace freeze plugs on engine block?

If you can get to it-drill a pilot hole and use a slidehammer or my punch it and use a large screwdriver to pry it open-Then use JB weld to seal it-and evenly press it in with a socket same size with the freeze plug-NO easy ascess-you must remove additional components out of the way to get at it-
