Why won't the celica stay running when it is is started with fuel and acts like it is not getting fuel. Also have changed the o rings and many other things

Why won't the celica stay running when it is is started with fuel and acts like it is not getting fuel.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump and also for injection pulses
