I changed the water pump the fisrt time and the car started right away but had a leak ( I disn't put O ring in right) Anyway Tthe second time the car wont start. Now all iI did to remove timing belt is to remove the lower tensioner pully. The lower gear to left of crank shaft gear did seam to turn when I was putting the belt on. The plugs have fire.
