Greetings,

I am a car enthusiast and I have 3 questions that, unfortunately, have remained unanswered. One of which has not been solved even by the dealership. Here goes:

1) How would I convert a 1991 Celca GT Coupe from front-wheeled driver to All Wheel Drive?

2) The unanswered question: When I am driving, through 1st gear when I reach over 3000 rpms the car will jerk, but when I am driving when going up hill no matter what gear I am in the car will loose accerlation or the maintained speed. Thus, causing the vehicle to deccelerate. Thereby, eating up gas. What is the prognosis?

3) The hose going to the EGR valve keeps coming off due to back pressure blowing it off everytime I connect it. Why is this so?

To convert it you would have to buy every part that is different and install them. This would include the rear suspension, rear diff, drive line, transmission, computer for and AWD car. The cost would be astronomical, cheaper to find an awd and buy it.
Above 3000 ropm may be a weak coil. If it misfires. If not need to get a fuel pressure gauge hooked up to verify it is holding properly.
The 3rd thing may be excessive backpressure from a partially plugged cat converter, this would also cause the speed to taper like you describe in the 2nd problem. Try loosening theexhaust pipe before the cat and see if it does the same thing
