1990 Toyota Celica Fuel pump not getting power

Hi haislop, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

What powers the fuel pump is the circuit opening relay when the airflow meter grounds the relay.

Try this block open the flap in the airflow meter and attempt to start it- or you can jumper the Fp to batt terminal in the check connector and see what happens

You can also check the fuel pump relay relay block R/H/side of the radiator.
