The driver's side front wheel was making a slight grinding noise, indicating I needed new brake pads, then suddenly the driver side front wheel locked up and I could'nt go forward. After letting it set a day, I tried again and this time I could go forward but the wheel was frozen and I couldn't back up. The passenger side wheel is fine.
Any ideas and is this something I can fix myself? Thanks

Check your car's hub. Maybe you need to replace it, that would be the reason why the front wheel make a grinding noise. Check your repair manual on how to replace it. Hope it helps
