Just about 3 or 4 weeks ago I had a new right front tire put on. I don't know if that would have anything to do with the problem. When I step on the gas the car makes a clunking noise and it also does this when I let off the gas. No problems when I brake though. It has recently got worse and the problem seems to be coming from the front right area under the car. Now also when I'm accelerating to high speeds and it starts to let off it jerks back.
All in all I KNOW I need a new car but this has to work for now.
also it feels like it wont go when I step on the gas.

When was the last time you checked the Fluid in the Trans? If checked, what color was it? Did it smell burned? Were there any metal bits in the Fluid?
What was the Fluid level?
When was the last time there was a new Filter/Screen installed?
When was the last overhaul (if ever) since the factory install?
Have you ever had the Trans replaced?

Clunking could be the CV Joint(s) OR internal problems.
Is there a definitive Clunking when Turning?
If so then it IS a CV Joint gone bad.
The lack of action you describe "sounds" like Internal problems due possibly to the answers of the questions above especially with the Fluid check/appearance questions.
