1986 Toyota Celica radiator cooling fan

The radiator, thermo and hoses were install. Now the radiator cooling fan is not working and the temperature gage is goes on high when the car running. The radiator starts to leak coolant. What should i do?

Did you test if the fans are good?
Unplug the fan switch wire and note if the fan turns on.
