Recently the brakes and rotors were changed but there is a noise when the brakes are pressed
The brakes are toyota brand, the rotors are not
What could be problem and how could it be solved?

Give it a little time. I had the same problem. It took about 700 miles for the pads to seat to the non Toyota rotors. Good luck
