Altenator vs Other

I have a 1989 Toyota camery, V6 and I am having trouble. My Charge light and Brake light came on and once I increased my RPM they disappeared but came back. I have replaced the Altenator, Manual tensioner and battery but I'm still having the problem. I went to buy a belt and the mechanic said I didn't need one because mine was good. I had it very tight though so I losen it. I got a jump (Batter dead) and made it about 100 yards before everything died. Please assist.

It sounds you got your self a bad alternator you need new one
You can check power and wires and be sure its plugged in
Check fuses
