My 95 camry runs great but I just failed an emission test in Ohio for Nitrogen/Oxygen compounds (NOx).

The oxygen sensor has needed replaced for 3 years, but I am too cheap to have it replaced.

Any ideas to reduce the emissions?

Find the EGR clean it out or replace it. Its job is to lower combustion temperature to prevent formation of nitro oxides
