2005 Toyota Camry Tune-ups

How often should I give this vehicle a tune up? Last time I did was around this time last year. Also, does the cabin air filter make a difference as far as gas mileage is concerned when the filter needs to be replaced?

You should consider having the timing belt done KNOW
tune up is at about 120 k miles
