I would never recommend flush fluids.

Replace the ATF according to manufacturers recommendations and you won't go wrong.

Transmission fluid should first be changed at 6 years or 90K miles, whichever comes first. Thereafter it should be changed every 3 years or 45K miles, whichever comes first. Your car doesn't need transmission fluid change yet.
