2003 Toyota Camry Leaky water pump

The water pump is leaking only slightly. Do I have to change the pump? If I choose to change out the pump, is it best also to change out the belt? It sounds from the maintenance manual that changing the belt is complicated because you have to take off the wheel. Thank you.

Yes, your water pump is failing and it will soon lock up completely. Will need replaced soon. No need to replace the belt unless you see damaged areas or worn places on it.
