2003 Toyota Camry Head Light

My high beam will not turn on. The high beam indicator turns on. But the high beam lights never turn on. I have checked the fuses. When I switch to high beam I can hear a relay click in the fuse box under the hood. I also do no believe the day time running lights is not working either.

From the symptoms, the DRL 4 Relay is most likely to be faulty.

Try swapping the relay with the MG Clutch relay to see if it works.
