When I push the brake it makes a friction noise, I have changed my front brakes recently and also have done all the servicing necessary with the brake flush, brake fluid change etc. But still it keeps on making the noise.

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

Did you get the rotors surfaced and what type of pad did you install? Did you use a brand pad or did you go get a cheap set?

I am not sure about the brand, but in the bill the mechanic wrote about servicing the rotor. Do U think I can have some problem with my rear brake, I have serviced the front brake, they didn't tell me anything about the rear brake

Hi there,

If the rears have not been checked out, I would be doing that, and ensure that the rotors were surfaced and quality pads installed as cheap pads will make a lot of noise.

I use only genuine brake components, you pay a little more but you get the quality, as for a work shop, that I can't help you with as I live in Australia.

I would try and contact AAA as they may have a list of recommended repairers in you district.
