Can stripped wheel lugs be retreaded? What is the thread spec for the lug nuts?

Best to replace them. Just use a ball peen hammer and punch them out, use an air gun to install new ones.

First remove the tire, then the caliper, then the rotor, then use the hammer and drive the old lug out, insert new ugs and install a nut BACKWARDS with a large washer, and tighten to pull it into the hub, when it's seated against the hub, you are done.
